Like so many people here in Canada, the people behind this blog are immigrants. One of us is from the States and the other is from India. Together we met, moved in and created a family. Our kiddo like so many immigrant kiddos is a delightful mix of two entirely different cultures.
But that’s what makes Canada great, diversity. Our neighborhood in Toronto is filled with people from so many different walks of life, but we all come together and meet up at the neighborhood playground. Our kiddos run around and screams their hearts out while we congregate and chit chat.
But one thing that has always captivated me is cottage country. I love leaving the city and heading back into nature. And as a newbie I want to embrace this aspect of Canadian life. That’s why I started this blog, I want to share what I learn, the joys and fears of living in a land that new to you.
